The video was very easy to follow.  I liked the video's safety, that it showed the different knives to use for skinning and butchering, showed how to keep things clean and wrap your meat to keep it from freezer burn.

This DVD was informative and you don't have to be a professional to process your own meat.  You get more meat, unlike when you are having it done by a processor.
